Media Group LOKMAT to manage it’s critical documents to safely store business information into a
centralized, company-wide document repository and will allow employees to retrieve data from any
location.
The decision to invest in an electronic information-sharing solution was triggered by an immediate and
critical requirement to manage its paper documents more effectively and ultimately reduce company
overheads.
After the Implementation of KRYSTAL™ DMS, the hotel group can now cut down on un-due
paperwork, printing, and the money spent on all the papers and files which were necessary to keep
their business running smoothly. They could now centrally store, retrieve and manage all documents which will be easily shared and accessed through KRYSTAL™ DMS increasing productivity and
