Primeleaf Consulting [P] Ltd. ("Primeleaf"), a leading enterprise application and document
management software services provider announced today that they have signed an agreement to
enable IndusInd Bank to extend its successful global collaborative software development effort.
Primeleaf will provide software development and creative consulting services to the IndusInd Bank-
Credit Card Division for its web based initiatives. Primeleaf to work closely with the IndusInd Bank and
will also provide ongoing consulting and training for the IndusInd Bank - Credit Card Division teams.
This agreement will focus largely on application development, management and maintenance of the
IndusInd Bank's India Credit Card Product related applications.
